Dear Carrots,
It has come to my attention that I don’t eat enough of you. Unless you’re smothered in butter. Or blue cheese dressing. That’s how you taste best after all. However, enough is enough. I’m nearing my mid 30’s and the less I eat of you the more I seem to eat of other “stuff”. Don’t get me wrong. It’s carefully prepared stuff. It’s yummy delicious stuff. But I may eat a little bit too much of it.
Not enough of you.
Let’s change that shall we? I want to gobble you up. Well, no. I don’t really want to gobble you up but I’ve decided that unless I do gobble you up raw in stick form I can’t have any of that other stuff I want. So let’s go. I’m going to gobble you up. Get in my belly.
Hopefully later on you’ll be joined in there by some yummy stuff… just less yummy stuff than I would otherwise eat.

No. This is not a New Year’s resolution. No I am not going on a diet. Yes I am trying to eat better and maybe work in some exercise in addition to the 2 miles or so I walk a day. I’m too tired and flabby.
