more fitness than you can shake a stick at…

Wow.

You guys are doing GREAT.

Have I told you that Fit Friends? How great you all are doing… how proud I am?

How… very plentiful in numbers you are…

Seriously how I manage to squeeze in the workouts around the large number of people hopping on is beyond me…

How many people do we have now? I have no idea… I have to go count… one moment…

well when we add…

Who really was a fit friend all along but I am a dumbass and left her out…

Is Stephanie a fit friend… yes she is… even if Lisa has to drag her out… you guys are both up for that right?

To be fair Kiki never told ME that she wants to be a Fit Friend but she totally told Sybil and that is practically the same thing… (oh and Kiki, you should get an image to me)

Welcome Jenera!!! Jenera Jenera… Jenera. I really like saying your name… say it with me… Jenera.

the lovely and talented loveyh… who maybe thinks I forgot her because I am soooo slow… but I didn’t, I was just nursing sore ab muscles…

Lizzi who looks like she’s enjoying a really great cup of something…

and joker the lurcher who had a picture of the cutest dog ever…. so I refused to look any farther for images…

We have 37.

I know… I know… alot of peeps huh?

If I’m not missing anyone else that is…

and if no one else is joining.

As for my working out stuff?? Still walking Monday – Friday. Still playing with the giant workoutball of ab doom and very much looking forward to passing out from exhaustion after I do my wii boxing tomorrow…

Life is good, but my soft doughy belly is a little sore.

***

Speaking of the Fit Friends, Three of them have given me awards in the past few days so I think it’s only right I thank them here and now, though I am far too tired and selfish to hand any out.

Jo and my lovely over seas lady love Holly (Sybil I couldn’t possibly dig a hole to her house so you have no need to be jealous) both gave me this little stunner:

All I can say is WOW. I’m apparently spreading love… All the way over there….. no… over… oh for goodness sakes people EUROPE. The UK. Across the pond over there….

My love, it is far reaching and perhaps tastes faintly of cherry coke?

and then the lovely Avery smacked me with a conundrum, one I’m hoping you’ll help me solve.

I get to choose one of these little beauties to proudly display and hand out… maybe you can tell me which one I should choose?

I know, they’re all…. um… breathtaking? Which one should I keep?

I made sure to walk a mile back from the city center yesterday (I’m off of class this week so my walking has decreased significantly)and CB and I biked to the center later that evening and back so that’s one by foot and two by bike…now to do two more days without breaking my tushy.

your love *does* taste of cherry coke. and not the diet cherry coke, which is fairly nasty (why can’t they do nice diet cherry coke, dangit?!), the good full-on stuff. i already told avery that the sexy back boy make me too hot and or bothered for blogging. i would just constantly be in a state of ecstacy if it graced your blog. there was a similar-shaped dude on the treadmill next to me last night. i briefly wondered if he was similarly adorned.

I have just come back from a seven mile walk. I now have to go to work. I am holding you personally responsible if i pass out.

Stephanie & I’s other mutual friend – Jen, who doesn’t blog, but I swear would write the funniest stuff if she did – walked around the lake here, in the rain. I felt like such a badass – no wimping out here. Now, I’m bugging bad mom to come along. I might be in the market for new best friends when she dumps me.

I have worked out once so far, 60 minutes of yoga. Tonight it’s Denise Austins Burining the Female Fat Zones! And I vote for Sexy Back!

I took the last guy. He looked homely enough. And I am sitting here, legs aquiver, because I just finished an hour at the gym on the treadmill, and the exercise bike from hell. But it’s a good quiver…

Hee hee. I’ve been stepping on my stepper, and walking a couple of miles to Miss M’s Nursery. The back one is tooooooo scary. I don’t want to look at it, so I’d go with three. I mean, the kid can’t help that look, but he’s a grown man. And your blog would be better than his blog if you just wrote the word ‘bob’ over and over again for 10 whole posts.

You deserve alll those awards, so take them proudly! But if you must choose one, I’d take the tatts. Just cause it’s you. (Only of course you are waaay more sexy than that guy!)Holly can boat it on over and help us dig the tunnel! It would be fun – and EXCELLENT exercise!I have to go lay down. My dizziness is overwhelming and not doing my fitness any favors, dammit.

  9. julie says:

I wish I were a fit friend, too. I am not, however, fit, nor have I made any commitment to get there.PS: There’s nothing hotter than Star Wars tattoos.

  10. Bubblewench says:

the one with the tattoos. And Mr. Fab, you can have my pants when I’m done with you, I think we’re about the same size now, and I’ll be fitter then you and won’t need these giant sweats. so neener neener.

  11. Bubblewench says:

LMAO! Sorry mr. fab, you won’t need pants when I’m done with you! I meant to say done with THIS FIT THING.. damn I’m a gutter brain.I’m glad I went back and reread my comment! How embarrasing!

  12. DaddyKaos says:

Skip the tatts, yours are better. Skip toothy, Leno and Letterman keep talking about dental health (espeically overseas), go for nerd guy, that the only choice I had.

  13. KiKi says:

Wrong, wrong, wrong. You are so wrong. And I am so lmao.P.S. I like the heart the way it is… plus I can keep my secret identity. mmmmwwwahhhhaaaa

Thank you, five days later, for my badge – I will get it on my blog asap so I will feel guilty enough to get my ass moving…You rock.

  15. loveyh says:

:doin’ the happy dance!:Ya know, I relate to the sore abs thing. The Oregon Zoo is fabulous walking, now add 70 pounds of children and a wagon for three hours and it turns into the Abmaster. It whipped my ass. And hurt my tummy, too.
