• Advisory sessions are billed hourly.
• Projects are quoted as flat packages based on scope and deliverables.
• Fractional leadership is billed monthly.
• Facilitation and DEI sessions are billed at a higher rate to reflect the preparation, responsibility, and emotional labor involved.
